Request permanent deletion of your JoySpend account and associated data.
What deletion means for JoySpend
Deleting your account permanently removes your JoySpend profile, synced transactions, categories, accounts, budgets, recurring schedules, coaching plans, AI chat data, cached insights, and account settings. This action cannot be undone.
Before you submit
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your JoySpend account does not cancel a store subscription.
- We may retain limited information only where legally required, for fraud prevention, or to resolve billing matters.
- We will verify that you own the account before processing the request.
- Never enter your password, card details, or banking information in this form.
